I'm a fairly big individual. I'm about 6'1" and 240 lbs. I have always hated running not just because it's exercise, but because i always feel like i am in extreme pain. I have pretty bad knees and ankles since i've sprained both multiple times. Maybe there was just a problem with my form or something, but after getting these motion control shoes I will probably not buy a non-motion control shoe ever again. I did not really understand what the shoe was doing till i really sat down and took a look at it.
The sole is segmented so that the part of the heel that strikes the ground first moves independently from the rest of the show. This extra segment is attached to the rest of the shoe through various different materials that allow the segment to compress a little bit, flex a little bit and even slide a little. It actually fixes some of the problems in my form and cushions my foot just right.
I actually have a lot of fun running around in them now. I have only had the shoe for a month now and it seems to be holding up very well. I highly recommend that people look into what kind of runner they are and if you find your self to be a over-pronator like i am. Then buy this shoe.

For those who have Polar computer set is perfect! A must-have!
The sole are supportive and very good to those like me, 190 pound, 6'1'', but...the inside is very narrow, and must be "stretched" few running - and after few blister, as well.

I have this adidas Men's adifusion shoe since march, 09 (5 months) This shoe is one of the most comfortable sport shoes i've ever had. Very comfortable and durable at the same time. There are NO squeeky noise coming out of mine.
You can not go wrong with this shoe, specially at this price. At first i was a little bit hesitant to buy white color shoe but this shoe does not attract dust and dirt as much and they are very nice looking shoes.
Update: Today (Nov. 21, 2009) Still fantastic shoe. I'm buying another one for reserve. I LOVE THIS SHOE.

I like the shoes but they started to squeak shortly after I got them. Tried everything. Right now I can't wear them as its annoying. Hope to hear from Adidas on a resolve.
