 GOOD shoe..GREAT PRICESep 11, 2009
I am very flat footed and over pronate. Ryka USED to make THE BEST shoe for that purpose( I believe it was the KM Stability). Although this shoe does not hold a candle to the other shoe it's a decent shoe at a GREAT price.

I own two pairs of this shoe. I have very flat feet and as a result get knee pain from running. This shoe offers the support that I need. I can run up to nine miles at one time on this shoe and not get knee pain. I have found Ryka's to be the best running shoe for my flat feet. I have tried Nike and Addidas and always go back to Ryka. My only complaint is that the support seems to break down somewhat quickly. However, the price is so good it doesn't break my budget to buy several pair each year. It also seems to help if I alternate with two different pair.

These shoes are great. I switched to them from a brand that makes shoes for both men and women and I can already tell that these are better suited for my feet. The roomy toebox is AWESOME! My toes don't feel cramped or rub against each other for once. The insoles came out easily to accomodate my arch support insoles. I ran about 3 miles on their "pilot" run and had no blisters whatsoever. I could tell they were working at correcting my overpronation because my knees felt better than usual afterward.
Buy these shoes!

I bought the Ryka shoes for my daughter who is 26 a teacher and avid runner. At first she was very turned off by the "old lady" as she put it, appearance of the shoe. Being the spend thrift that she is and not wanting to hassle with returns, etc., she decided to keep the shoes and after using them is quite content.

Great shoe for comfort and quality. My knees always bothered me when I walked long distances or ran, but not with these shoes. They offer great support to the arch and the heel. Would recommend to anyone.
