Have seen Ryka for years but never thought the shoe worthy of my time. Amazon however had a very nice selection of shoes so I ordered this pair and 2 other Ryka running shoes. Figured I would try them on, keep one pair, and send back the rest. NOT!!!! these are the most comfortable shoes (actually all 3 pair) that I have ever worn. Fit well, sized consistently, light and well made. RYKA....I'm in love!

these are the rykas I am used to wearing - great fit, great comfort, and they look sharp, too. These shoes will be worn until they are falling apart, but that won't be anytime soon if prior ryka purchases are any guide.

I was hesitant to purchase shoes online, but the reviews on these were so great (as was the price)that I gave it a go. I was desperate for a quality pair of running shoes after my 5-yr-old Sketchers gave me some sore feet and blisters to write home about after a 6 mile stint on the treadmill. When I first tried them on, I actually thought for a moment they were too small/tight, but quickly realized that is what shoes that are made for your feet feel like! They hug and support the top and arch of the foot perfectly, the heel, ankle area never causes uncomfortable friction and have yet to get the numb toe feeling I used to get after wearing tennies for any length of time. I am one of those people that remove their shoes at every opportunity, but not so much with these 'cause I forget they are even on. (Yes, they are that comfortable.)

I have had 3 pair of Ryka shoes for walking. I purchased these a week ago and felt wonderful the first time I wore them and I walked 4 miles. I purchased these running shoes for walking and they are a little softer in the heel...........perfect for my type of workout. I will never buy any other shoes for power walking. I love them. Thanks Ryka for a great product.

I have been looking to buy another pair of these in 7.5 but have been unable to find them. I love this shoe!! Fits wonderfully around the ankle and heel. I always use a gel insert with any shoe so I cannot say about the arch support without one. They feel like they are part of my feet instead of a shoe.
